Can't print Δ in Huxtable #242

Hi. I like using huxtable but it won't print mathematical characters like the delta symbol. kable works but doesn't have the colors. Is this a bug or something not implemented. I tried printing the huxtable thru kable but it stripped out the colors.

Could you write a proper bug report with a minimum reproducible example, please?
