@kanasimi, do you look for challenges?

As an usecase for managing a wiki, we need a bot egg which monitors new account registrations and post (write append) a {{subst:Welcome}} template to those new users' talkpages. Ideally with 2hours a delay. I didnt see any such feature in Wikiapijs, so it may need some coding there too. That's the challenging part.
