FOR CONSIDERATION: Remove the filter to point value on click. Instead, use the mouse-click action to open greater detail. We are working on this detail view for Endangered Languages. ? Interaction with the map and the notion of flltering through the map has been desirable, and yet it's not as helpful as more info would be.

Filter on click was removed in #83. Will update with a pop-over on click once we determine the format.
