on windows file system dialog messes data path #2

on windows, using file system dialog to load an image or video, messes data path, making impossible for LPMT for example to load default font. re-opening a file from root folder of LPMT fixes the data path, but it's not a real solution

as workaround, in windows you can put assets to be loaded in root lpmt folder, it's really suboptimal, but it seems the bug is in OF itself, so I must investigate better
