Style of Moderation Button in BP #15

Hi @r-a-y. The style assigned to the Flag button in this commit: https://github.com/hwdsbcommons/BP-Moderation/commit/6af493269ea6b069c1d795e9e14c8222bb35bff4 looks great on blogs, but is overriding the look of the button on the BP Activity Stream in a way that looks off. Can we eliminate the styling on the Activity Stream, while keeping the look on subsites.

I think we can ignore this because Nouveau looks to override our style on the activity stream, and I anticipate switching to that look shortly.
