Asks the predefined Question to Users in my Buddy-List.

This only happens at one Buddy in my Buddy-List. Other Buddies can message me 
as usual.

The question is only asked one time per "session". When I restart pidgin, it 
happens again.

not sure if this happens to just one user (or always the same ones); at least 2 
complained why they had to answer the question. People already on my list 
should NEVER be bothered, shouldn't they?
