Doesn't work on Pidgin 2.6.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install pidgin 2.6.6
2. Try plugin
3. Become disappointed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Plug-in is disabled in Pidgin Plugins list due to ABI version error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows

The Windows version is compiled against a specific version of pidgin. In this 
case 2.7.5 (IIRC) which means that it won't run with older versions (it might 
work with other 2.7.x releases, though).

Why would you still be using pidgin 2.6.6?

Sweet. For some reason I misread the error message as the plugin being for
an *older* version of pidgin than I already had.

I downloaded Pidgin 2.7.7 and the plugin now works a champ. Thanks for your
help,
