Images blocked regardles of options selection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unselect <IMG> from "Disable and Remove" options. It's off by default anyway.
2. Visit a site that shows pictures from domains that are not in your whitelist.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see all images on page. Instead, I only see images from whitelisted 
domains.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest available as of 01 May 2012. Windows 7. Latest chrome version from 
stable channel.

This should be fixed in v1.0.6.4 (re: #129). Can you please confirm?
