[REQUEST] block i.e. Facebook's script at all other pages than "facebook.com" #123

This is a feature request. I looked over all existing items but I didn't found 
a similar request. If there is one -> sorry. ;)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to "facebook.com", allow all Facebook's scripts to be able to use it
2. go to any other page that contains a "like" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The problem is: I don't want to be tracked by Facebook's like button, but 
indeed i want to use Facebook. So the request is to create a possibility to add 
the rule: 'run all Facebook related scripts only if the top frame URL is 
"facebook.com"'
