Blocking, not so much. #128

I have noticed that some things do not get blocked. For an example, onmouseover 
still executes javascript if they exist, and this site 
https://www.grc.com/animation.htm if I were to close the current window, make a 
new window, and visit the page. It shows as blocked, but the javascript still 
executes even though it was not trusted or allowed.

This could be dangerous if it was to allow script ro run on a malicious site.

Please work hard to fix these issues.

For example amazon.com, which when I first visit it the JS that is running 
their shop by department drop-down menu runs, but if I then reload the page it 
is blocked (reverts to plain HTML handling).
