Improve multi language support #252

[ ] Allow one _data/strings.yml file per language.
[ ] Chose strings file based on lang page paramter
[ ] Add front matter parameter to provide links other-language versions of the same site and add link tags to head

It would be great to add this plugin in the Hydejack's logic: https://github.com/kurtsson/jekyll-multiple-languages-plugin

Unfortunately, at the moment it is very difficult to make a full-fledged multilingual blog using Hydejack, because. many of its aspects are tied to only one language.
