Download does not continue, 1 Peers/ 1 Seeds

Describe the bug

I'm having problems downloading this game, I've done everything I could to make the download happen but it always crashes around 0.15%-0.59%, it's not my internet, I've already turned off the antivirus, uninstalled and reinstalled it, deleted the folder in %appdata% too and tested it on another source which is Xatab, nothing works. I've also tested it on other games, even some that I installed quickly and are now so slow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to ENDLESS™ Legend/Victoria 3/Crusader Kings 3
2. Install with Online Fix
3. See Slow download until stop

Expected behavior

No response
