Unexpected `Grant::account_role` behavior in custom instructions #5222

Previously this code was necessary as a part of a trigger executable. Now this is a part of visit_custom and things seem to be different

This got no longer observed by 70d51d0 (#5217) I'm not sure if it's worth pursuing
