[Bug] FastPR title and body modification not take effect #931

Current Behavior

When I submit a PR with FastPR, I modified the title and body of the PR, but the submitted PR still uses the default title and body.

Expected Behavior

The title and the body should be correct title and body that user input in.

Environment

- OS: MacOS
- Browser: Chrome
