In order to better understand how to play #151, we need to do some research into possible metrics stores and dashboards.

[ ] a document or an email has been linked to from #151, providing enough information (and a clear recommended path for implementation) for another developer to pick up that story.

Okay here is the documentation (at least the first draft) for the research. Our team can see it.

@gergely-ujvari How is this coming along? Have you had a chance to make that google doc public?

(EDIT: I think something did some unassigning stuff when I added :+1: to my comment but I don't understand why.)
