snakelike bash #76

Hi, I'm getting this error message after executing SalmonTE.py quant:

one of the commands exited with non-zero exit code; note that snakemake uses bash strict mode!

Do you have any suggestions?

Running on Mac OSX 13.0 M1

I have tried now to install the tbb file with brew because i seem to get an error with recognizing the dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libtbb.dylib Do you have any recommendations?
