Hello, I got an error when running salmonTE : "Error in rule run_salmon_gz" and don't understand why. I put here the error that I see in terminal, could you help me please ? Capture d’écran 2023-12-19 à 14 00 12

Hi sophimagine, Same here. But SalmonTE worked well in my workstation last year. I don't know whether the snamke or any lib versions' problem. Do you solve that?
