Completely uninstalled (define ('PLL_REMOVE_ALL_DATA', true);) and reinstalled polylang and your plugin. Problem still exists. Theme: https://themegrill.com/themes/estore/

I can't really tell from that and you haven't provided all the information required for a new issue, however I notice you have subcategories.

Check in the Customiser what options you have set for "Category display" it may be that this should be set to "Show subcategories and products" rather than only "Show subcategories". This option used to be in WooCommerce settings, but rather confusingly it was moved to the Theme Customizer, WooCommerce, Product Catalogue

Tried all the options in the theme settings. Unfortunately, it didn't help. The error log is also empty. What do I need to provide in order for you to help me?

I would suggest testing with default theme like Storefront and other plugins disabled (except polylang and woocommerce), then raising a new issue, following all the instructions in the new issue with as much detail as possible in steps to reproduce including what your setup is for category, subcategory and products.

The "Steps to Reproduce" section needs an exact step by step sequence which could be reproduced in a clean test environment.

I can't understand the catalogue category/product hierarchy from the screenshots and I also can't understand what the front end screenshots or showing. Unfortunately I can't read the scripts and languages you are using which doesn't help. I can only really read English, French, Spanish, Chinese and to a certain extent Portuguese, Italian, Greek.

The topic clearly has nothing to do with it, errors are already observed in the admin panel. I do not know what steps lead to this error, so I wrote to you. If there is a desire to look, I will gladly give access to my site. How can I contact you?

i can't see or understand what error you are seeing exactly. The error needs to be reproducible, that means someone needs to write down a set of steps which will produce the error in a simple setup (without your other custom themes and plugins) so someone debugging the plugin can confirm and fix on their own environment.
