Troubles with .swf and .mp4 urls

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any url to a .swf file (http://youtube.com/v/sJD7yYQKzsg.swf)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should play the SWF movie. It works fine in both Internet Explorer and
Firefox, but when opening a .swf link in cEXWB it just shows a blank page.

I just checked and I get the same problem with .mp4 files
(http://www.surfrider.org/podcasts/werny_heskett.m4a). I need these to
work, please help!

What are the OS and IE versions?
Vista SP1, IE7

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.0.3 I think.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not sure what the problem is, or if it's just me, or what plugins need
to be installed or whatever.

Aha, once again I am able to answer my own question (though I certainly didn't 
figure
this one out on my own--the question was answered on the Microsoft forum). Here 
is
the solution for anyone else who runs into a similar problem. For the record it 
has
nothing to do with csExWb--the fine component that it is--just the internal IE 
component:
