[x] Make it so that users can input a subset of galaxies for which to create the DataFrame.
[x] Come up with a way to save multiple DataFrames without overwriting existing ones.
[x] Allow users to load a specific DataFrame from file (maybe using a filename directly? Or by passing a tag or name to make_sami_df?)

These have all been resolved in the process of creating the generic make_df() and load_df() functions in spaxelsleuth.io.io (see #43).
