[x] Implement Proxauf (2014) and Perez-Montero (2014) $T_e$ diagnostics
[ ] Implement $T_e$-based metallicity diagnostics
[x] Split density and temperature computations into separate submodules
[x] Make sure checks for presence of required lines, etc. are in consistent locations across functions
