Resurrecting the project #2

Is fun as I found the project because I wanted to write a tool that does exactly that and I needed a meaningful and short name. For years I used a bunch of shell scripts for the same purpose, but that in python it could easily be made much better.

I guess you don't have time for it but how about letting others continue it?

Oh yeah, it's written with only half of my brain working at most, and only to get to some level of proof of concept with many questionable decisions. I am up for converting this into a standalone project with others contributing and maintaining it too, if that's what you have in mind.
