STRING API species dropdown menu? #158

Hello

Can't see all species in the dropdown menu as in the first tab (Load Data)? I found Atlantic Salmon in Load Data tab but not in the STRING API option in this tab as you can kindly see below STRING API Is that considered a bug? Thanks very much

This was the reply of STRING people to my query regarding why Atlantic Salmon is not there in STRING API. Could you please update me if you have a plan to work on this by the beginning of next year? Many thanks image

Hello @gexijin

Just as an update I found out that the STRING you provided is related to the enrichment only. That is why I can't find Atlantic Salmon as STING API haven't provided it yet ie. enrichment.

Thanks very much for all your updates Hopefully, soon we can find the Ensembl rapid releases as for many species it has more annotations that will take time to be on Ensembl itself.
