Thanks! But there are some issues to be addressed.

First, tabs in Github are not shown correctly. So the tabs should all be lined up in your text editor, not in Github. So the English file should not have been changed at all (it was correct). So undo all the re-tabbing you did please.

Also please use the actual multibyte characters instead of html character encodings like ă phpBB has utf8 multi-byte character support.

i'm sorry but i was busy these days

phpBB handles this kind of characters just fine and it's actually recommended like this instead of the real thing. is good for browsers too

the bad part is that is not human friendly ...

and what is the problem with tabs ? cause i don't get it ...
