Need to create a process defining how to access resources during an outage.

No need for KVM since I have iLO, but do need some sort of OOB network device that routes iLO. Currently iLO network is routed in vyos VM which is bad

Purchased https://www.aliexpress.com/i/3256804687456130.html?gatewayAdapt=Msite2Pc4itemAdapt to be new VyOS edge networking device. Will add iLO network as another interface/virtual interface, and route it there.
