使用了MIT授权的开源项目PACE

配置文件新增：

# Automatic page load progress bar by PACE.js
progressBar:
  enable: true #switch
  themeCSS: https://github.com/HubSpot/pace/raw/master/themes/orange/pace-theme-flash.css    #PATH to PACE theme CSS, support relative / absolute path

自我感觉注释写的还算详细，应该不需要再额外说明了吧？

@iTimeTraveler 代码上周日就写好了现在才PR也是惭愧。

看起来这主题又做了不少改进，该发个Release 了。
