Higher resolution 4:3 #75

Don't know if this issue has been raised - i did not see it though. Really would like to see an option for a much higher resolution 4:3 aspect ratio. For myself use 4:3 quite a bit but only option now is 320x240 which is very limited usefulness.

related issue: for me, aspect ratio and pixel resolution should be selectable separately.

most of my photos i want to take in

but sometimes i also like to take photos in my phone screen's aspect ratio (also in a high resolution).
