This PR merges the following updates:

spymicmac.micmac:

get_campari_residuals now returns the full x,y,z distance residuals as 'camp_dist'; the xy distance is 'camp_xy'
minor changes to campari to balance distortion and minimizing residuals
add an interface for calling mm3d PostProc Banana
add option for a mask when calling dem_to_text

spymicmac.tools.preprocess_kh9:

add contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization as a step
