Week-Start Day Reset Issues #31

Bug/Issue Description The current week-start day is set up to be 1 day in advance of the actual day set from the drop-down.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Study Time Stat Options
  2. Add a new view
  3. Set the day to Sunday
  4. New week times considered from Saturday, instead

Should be in the most recent release, but I didn't mark it very well on my end, weirdly...

Wellp, anyway, hopefully all good in v2.1.0!
