Added Asturian language [ISO 639-2 ast] #2776

I added the JS file for using this library with Asturian language [ISO 639-2 ast].

No docs, as I found confusing the redirection in the docs files.

The file is based on the Spanish language file (es.js) which is the closest language to Asturian,
