[New feature] UI design for settings menu #7

Settings menu should able to adjust:

[ ] SFX volume and toggle(to turn it on and off)
[ ] BGM volume and toggle
[ ] Back button (x button?)
[ ] Sensitivity. Anything else a typical game has in settings.(comment in below)

and include:

[ ] Version text (in form of v1.0.0, v1.2.1 for now)
