Latest NPM version updated from v9.1.4 to v5.16.0 ? #487

Hi,

We just ran "yarn yarn-upgrade-all" and noticed that this package was updated but for a lower version (from v9.1.4 to v5.16.0) which is apparently the legacy versions.

Looking at this package's npm page also states that the latest version is v5.16.0

Is this the desired release version?
