Unable to repair RHS tanks with HEMTT Repair Truck

Summary

One Abrams currently at FOB Bayonet has a disable turret and after bringing the HEMTT repair truck to it the truck is unable to repair the tank.

Descriptive Details

• The tank is clearly damaged, as shown by the HUD and inability to operate the turret.
• Placing the repair truck in the tank's general vicinity, as you would any other vehicle, will do nothing.
• When attempting to reproduce the bug in the editor Zeus reports the tank's health as full when it is clearly not.
• Manually lowering the tank's health with Zeus will allow it to be repaired with the truck. The HUD will indicate full health, however, the value set by Zeus will remain. Thus, if the tank takes damage again it is able to be repaired at the truck with no further issues.

  Steps to Reproduce

  1. Apply damage to a tank with any physical weapon and try to repair at the HEMTT repair. It is unable to.
  2. Check the tank's health in Zeus and it will be reported as full.
  3. Lower the tank's health with Zeus and attempt to repair again.
  4. After the repair, apply damage to the tank again with any physical weapon.
  5. Attempt to repair at the truck again. The tank should be repaired with no issue.

This is most likely related to issue #38 but I wanted to go ahead and create a new issue since I'm not sure if Zeus will report the same for RHS aircraft.

This is a bug with RHS and should be reported to the RHS devs. This is most likely not fixable mission side.

On a side note. Campbell has made the current deployment. Not Moore, he only did KingsHorses. Bugs should be reported to him and not here.
