This PR proposes to:

Remove all orphan Haskell dependencies.
Leave base as the only shared dependency for libraries, executables and tests.
Remove all the unused or commented Haskell imports.
Disable tests sections in package.yaml when tests are not yet implemented.
Fix some minor Haskell warnings/deprecations.
