Could this allow running plotly-dash apps with Github Pages? #25

Hi! Thanks for this tool!

One current 'limitation' of Dash is that it cannot run on Github Pages (most users use Herokuapp).

Could this enable running plotly-dash with Github Pages?

Actually, yes! This should be trivial to set up on GitHub Pages. I will look into creating an automated tool that let's you do it so it's a bit easier for folks.

@RemDelaporteMathurin here is something I worked with Plotly on, it's not open sourced yet, but it's free to access. It builds on GitHub pages, and you can try it now:
