The link to the postgresql database versioning policy page is broken #21

Go to the provisioning page for postgresql: https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/databases-for-postgresql?topic=databases-for-postgresql-provisioning&interface=ui and try to access the Database Versioning Policy and you get "Sorry, this content isn’t available."
