The jp-osa region appears to be mostly missing from this entire topic and the region should be added to the various tables indicating the services logging platform metrics in that region.
This was discovered working through a support issue where I was referred to the documentation and told Cloudant wasn't logging platform metrics in jp-osa as the documentation didn't show this region. This isn't true, Cloudant is logging platform metrics for instances in jp-osa, but they are being logged to the jp-tok region. This should also be noted in the table when it is updated.
