Events formatting is buggy. #46

There is a ugly grey border and the description does not have the same vertical alignment than other tables in the page. See at the end of http://ibm-js.github.io/delite/docs/api/0.5.1/delite/KeyNav.html

Also reproducible with jsdoc-amddcl's own sample project (https://github.com/ibm-js/jsdoc-amddcl/tree/master/sampleprojects). Generate the doc, then check the doc of sampleframework/Base0 (which contains an @event) =>
