Clear documentation on various IBM Object Storage offerings #17

We need to add documentation that clearly defines the different object storage offerings from IBM and which ways to connect to those offerings with this tool. We need to add an introduction description, a glossary (softlayer = X, bluemix = Y, CloudObjectStorage = Z) and then make sure we have appropriate links in the documentation for each of the three languages we support.

Documentation for the python, R and Scala versions of this library have been updated.
