Separate repository into three repos #26

It was a mistake to put all of this into one repository.

It's non-standard and will be confusing / annoying for future devs to maintain.

Also, it makes it nearly impossible to properly deal with versioning, and with IBM legal department approval of open-source code work.

The drawback is that we'll need to go through the IBM open-source approval process two more times. Hopefully that will be quick though and perhaps we can get the same reviewer for both new repos.

@bassel-zeidan -- should we tackle this now and split up the repo?
