Fix web thickness not affecting 1.5u button plates #111

The plates surrounding 1.5u buttons in the thumb cluster always used the default web thickness of 7mm instead of the thickness from the configuration.

Default configuration values (no noticeable problem): default

:configuration-web-thickness 1 before this PR: broken

:configuration-web-thickness 1 after this PR: fixed
