Sample ID and Sample Type missing for the test parameters with different sample type. #35

Sample type and SID missing on reports for some samples. The sample ID and sample type only appears on report once for every saloon. Since a saloon has sub saloons and those hidden sub saloons only show their dependent saloon, those sample numbers and sample types are not displayed.
