Partner section issue #15

Dear,

We initiated uploading the information of the Innovation Offer Exercise in the online submission form. After entering information on demand partners, we wanted to check again this information but the tool is not showing anymore the name of partners inserted (only shows the type of partner information). See screenshot below. We need to be able to check the information we entered as sometimes we need to change or confirm data entries. Could you please report and solve this technical problem of the submission online tool?

On another question: in the partners section should we also include the OneCGIAR centers involved in the initiative (and in the innovations)? Or should we only mention the non 1CG partners?

@marcusschut we changed totally this section to stabilize it and make it more intuitive.
