Created the structure of the landing page and added the logo #16

image I would look for a right hand navigation, also a single page web, Hope if @wdevon99 can sketch initials before code it.

Cool!

@wdevon99 can you move it into the root folder so we can use GitHub pages to render it? Github pages just looks for an index.html in the root and will automatically render that.

Also, I think we can update some of the links, e.g. forum could be forum.oosg.org. (I can fix the record to make this work).

Here's a little context on how the pages work.

So, if the public folder is renamed docs it will also work.
