[x] Create downloader that HTTP downloads for date range
- [x] Use zips where applicable
- [x] Ensure multiple resolutions are available (3km and 6km)
[ ] Investigate effect on masking, starting with where the OSISAF data might cause issues and how to resolve them
[ ] Investigate trial run and add issues / developments

This has been addressed initially (from the downloading perspective) in download-toolbox
