[ ] Identify Storage location for all DTP assessments (DIG/Master Docucments/Data-Profiling-Tool current for documentation, but extracted datasets form completions should probably go somewhere too)
[ ] Provide Summary list of all agreed/approved DTP assessments
[ ] Consider a reporting format for DTP assessments (e.g. for SCICOM/ACOM reporting)

Dear Henn, Thanks for this, and yes I saw a flurry of aquaculture activity. 1) We are using Microsoft forms, and this is currently limited so it is not possible for the person creating the entry to edit the entry once submitted. It is a valid point, and I would need to take this back to the DIG sub-group for discussion on a way to address this 2) I will take this suggestion to the DIG sub-group, for evaluation it is not critical to know if the item is a table or figure, although it can give context. However, labelling the specific table/figure is not really the focus of the DPT. Best, Neil

There were two issues raised by the Norwegian Sea AO lead author Terje Svasand (in cc.) on which your help would be needed. These are: 1. How to change information / correct mistakes in the already submitted DPT? Can it be reopened by you for edits? 2. DPT seem not to have a field where to indicate the relevant item in the advice product (e.g. Table x, Figure y). Can you please help with these two issues? Thanks, Henn

Hi all - i had a thought on new question/tick box for the DPT. It seems that one of the uses of the tool is simply to document or gather information - sometimes this is quite rudimentary and perhaps an internal exercise. I was therefore thinking we could have a question upfront that asks if the entity filling the form would like a review/feedback to their entry. This might help manage the workload and spare us from reviewing things that are not intended to be reviewed.

PowerBI being investigated for dashboard
