Develop simmilar procedures for other type of applications if needed.

Likelihood: 2. Guidelines for hosting shiny apps at ICES have already been developed. These will be reviewed and updated if necessary as apps are considered for hosting. These guidelines could be extended to other technologies as required.

Impact: 2. The use of these apps should be monitored so that we have a clearer idea of how useful they are. Note that a specialised app might only have a small number of users but it could still have a high impact. The amount of work that is required by the Data Centre to host apps should be also monitored to ensure it is not having a detrimental effect.
