1 year ago Niki This would be useful, but the specific issue I had was: I went in to try and identify which new data had been uploaded since I last looked - I found it in the submissions log but then it was difficult to link through to the new data in the inventory/map views. It was uploaded in the last few days but it was historic data so I couldn't filter for 2022 data. I think we need to include the submission date in the inventory view perhaps, or upload date filter so users who want to identify new data since they last looked/downloaded, can easily identify what is new in the system... Does this exist in any other databases?
Neil ok that makes sense, and yes we have that in various places https://data.ices.dk/accessions/allaccessions.aspx i can't remember if we have had it in and taken it out at some point in the cetaceans inventory. @cmspinto can you add 'submission date' to the inventory please. https://cetaceans.ices.dk/inventory
Would it be possible to report how many data uploads where has been per year or between dates in the google analytics page, or the public dashboard. It would be useful for reporting to see how much data has been uploaded annually (as a basic report) or between dates.
