Use of the unknown platform code 'ZZ99' #49

We have at least temporarely enable use of the unknown platform code 'ZZ99' for the WESPAS survey.

This has been done because between 2011-2015 a number of charter vessels were used to perform the sampling for this survey.

However, please be aware that using the unknown platform code ‘ZZ99’ will make these data difficult to interpret both now and looking ahead. So this should be all means be avoided and you are strongly recommended to request proper platform codes for your charter vessels and resubmit this data when platform codes are provided.

The unknown platform code 'ZZ99' are not being used anymore, and we aim to not do it again due to the unknown nature.
