WGDEC-2021 QCrec: Error: GeometryType check #52

If the GeometryType is classified as ‘Line’, then StartLatitude/Longitude and EndLatitude/Longitude should not be blank “You have submitted a ‘line’ record, with a geometry type of line, but either the start or end location (lat/long) is blank. Please check, correct and resubmit.”

groupFilterID=1090 message edited a bit

also supported by new groupFilterID=2041 so the start and end position is not the same
